This information is provided to help you in planning your group visit. We ask that all groups of 10 or more complete a Tour Reservation Form to ensure a pleasant visit, whether the group requests a docent guide or plans to visit the Nerman Museum independently (self-guided tour).

HOW TO MAKE A TOUR RESERVATION
To request a docent-led tour, please submit your completed Tour Reservation Form at least 3 weeks in advance to allow docent scheduling and preparation. Docents work by appointment only and have limited availability. You will receive an email or fax acknowledgement once your request has been received, and you will receive an email or fax confirmation once your reservation has been processed.
To make your reservation for a self-guided tour, please submit your completed Tour Reservation Form at least one week prior to your requested tour date. Space is limited, and priority is given to groups with an appointment.
