Join us for a night of sharing stories in The Salon

Gather at The Salon on Thursday, July 31, 5:30-7:30 PM as Kansas City poet and local legend, Glenn North, guides a night of sharing personal stories of lessons learned. Come ready to share a 5–10-minute story of your own or sit back and listen.

Glenn A. North is an award-winning poet, activist, educator, and arts executive based in Kansas City. He is currently the Director of Inclusive Learning & Creative Impact at the Kansas City Museum. He earned his MFA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In addition to presenting poetry, Glenn also conducts workshops on Ekphrastic poetry, using poetry to address issues of social justice and self-empowerment for disenfranchised students through reflective poetry.
